Terms and Conditions of Sale – SneakersFutsal

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between, on the one hand, SneakersFutsal (hereinafter ‘the Seller’) and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person (hereinafter ‘the Customer’) making a purchase via the website www.sneakersfutsal.com (hereinafter ‘the Website’).

By confirming an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these GTC without reservation.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding and do not engage the Seller's responsibility.

4. Orders

The order is considered final once it has been confirmed by the Customer and paid for in full.

Any order placed on the Website constitutes a binding sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a previous payment dispute.

5. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.

Delivery costs are calculated and indicated at the time of ordering.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payments can be made by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Website.

Transactions are secured via an approved payment provider.

 

7. Delivery

Products are shipped within the European Union and internationally (available areas specified during payment).

The preparation time is 24 to 48 working hours.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a delay, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain a refund.

The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomalies (missing or damaged products, opened packages) within 48 hours to: sneakersfutsal@gmail.com.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

Once the decision to withdraw has been notified by email (sneakersfutsal@gmail.com), the Customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error on the part of the Seller.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with packaging and labels.

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. L221-28)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are personalised or made to the Customer's specifications.

Hygiene products (socks, insoles) when the packaging has been unsealed after delivery.

9. Legal guarantees

In accordance with the law, the Customer benefits from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): valid for 2 years from the delivery of the goods. The Customer may demand the repair or replacement of the non-compliant product, or, failing that, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): valid for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

10. Returns and exchanges

Returns must be approved in advance by the Seller.
The Customer shall bear the cost of returns, except in the event of an error attributable to the Seller (product error, manufacturing defect).
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

11. Personal data (GDPR)

The Seller undertakes to protect Customers' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended Data Protection Act.

Purposes of processing: order management, invoicing, shipping, customer service.

Customer rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.

Exercising rights: by email to sneakersfutsal@gmail.com

Complaints: the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) in the event of a violation of their rights.

12. Mediation and disputes

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute.

 

If mediation fails, disputes will be brought before the competent French courts.

13. Applicable law

These GTC are governed by French law.
