Shipping Policy – Sneakersfutsal

At Sneakersfutsal, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and in optimal conditions.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France, the European Union and internationally (depending on the countries available at the time of payment).

Delivery costs and times vary depending on the delivery address and the carrier chosen.

2. Preparation and shipping times

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The delivery times quoted are those provided by the carriers (La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost).

During busy periods (sales, holidays, collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on the weight of the parcel, the carrier and the delivery address.

 

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your parcel online.

It is your responsibility to regularly check the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.

5. Receipt and compliance

Upon receipt of the parcel, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the package and the products.

In the event of any anomaly (missing or damaged product, opened parcel), you must report it immediately to the carrier and inform us within 48 hours at: contact@sneakersfutsal.com.

If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will proceed with a new shipment or a refund after investigation.

6. Delays and force majeure

Delivery times are given as an indication only. Sneakersfutsal cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or exceptional circumstances (strikes, blockades, bad weather, force majeure).

 

7. Applicable law

This policy is subject to French law and complies with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning delivery and the performance of distance selling contracts (Articles L216-1 et seq.).
