Return and refund policy – Sneakersfutsal

At Sneakersfutsal, customer satisfaction is essential. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

1. Right of withdrawal

The 14-calendar-day withdrawal period starts from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receive your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw at the following address: contact@sneakersfutsal.com.

2. Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with labels and original packaging.

Items that are incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Certain products, for reasons of hygiene or personalisation (e.g. socks, insoles, personalised products, second-hand shoes), are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

3. Return procedure

You must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, incorrect size, incorrect reference).

The return address will be provided to you by email once your request has been validated.

 

4. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may defer the refund until we have received the items or until you have provided proof of shipment.

The initial delivery costs (standard delivery) will be refunded, but any additional costs associated with express delivery will not be refunded (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).

5. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange (size, model), please specify this in your return request.

Exchanges are only possible subject to availability in stock.
